HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Complete the Return Form: Clearly indicate the items you're returning and your preferred outcome (exchange or store credit).
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the items back to us via your chosen carrier within 14 days of receiving your package.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, our team will process it within 10 working days. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (e.g., makeup or deodorant).
  • Original tags must be attached, and items should be in their original packaging.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return, except for exchange or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If the requested exchange product is unavailable, our team will assist you in finding an alternative solution.

  • Late Returns: Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted. However, you can contact us to discuss alternative solutions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be used to repurchase a new item or size.
