Do you need to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to assist you! You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your items.

How to Exchange or Return:

  2. Fill in the return form, clearly indicating which items you want to return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.

  3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving your package.

  4. Once we receive your return shipment in our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed via email.

  • Refund Processing Time: After receiving your return in our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 working days. You'll receive a message once the refund is issued, which may take up to 3 days to reflect in your bank account.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in unworn and unwashed condition, with labels attached. Please note, items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns, except for exchange or voucher. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
